Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs)

Are you a compassionate caregiver with a heart for serving seniors? As a CNA with AmaVeraCare, you’ll provide essential personal care and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes throughout the St. Louis area.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting clients with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in client health status and behavior
  • Providing companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life
  • Following individualized care plans developed by our care management team
  • Maintaining accurate documentation of care provided
  • Communicating effectively with clients, families, and healthcare team members
  • Ensuring client safety and dignity at all times

We’re Looking For:

  • Current Missouri CNA certification in good standing
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Patience, empathy, and genuine desire to help others
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends when needed
  • At least one year of experience preferred, but we welcome new graduates

  • Coordinating caregiver schedules and client care plans

  • Ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all stakeholders
  • Supporting recruitment and onboarding of new team members

We’re Looking For:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Previous experience in healthcare administration, home care, or related field is a plus
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency with computer systems, scheduling software, and Microsoft Office
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Professional demeanor with strong customer service orientation
  • Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
