Manny Rivera immigrated to the United States from Chile at the age of two, arriving with a family driven by sacrifice and ambition. His father began working as a busboy before becoming a waiter, while his mother cleaned houses to ensure their children had access to opportunities they never had themselves. Their work ethic shaped his foundation.

He went on to attend the University of Illinois, where he studied biomechanics, and built a nearly 29-year career in the prosthetics field. Fifteen of those years were spent as the owner of his own practice, which he successfully grew and later sold—combining clinical expertise with disciplined business leadership.

The turning point in his journey came when his mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease and dementia. That experience reshaped his understanding of aging, dignity, and the realities families face when navigating long-term care.

He founded his agency with a clear mission: to deliver private-duty care grounded in clinical insight, operational excellence, and personal empathy. Drawing from decades of healthcare experience and his own family’s challenges, Manny Rivera is building the kind of support system he believes every family deserves during life’s most difficult transitions.
